Seismic Retrofit/Renovation

R+C’s structural and geotechnical staff brings extensive knowledge and in-depth experience with seismic retrofit and renovation projects. This includes expertise in retrofitting historic and sensitive structures, occupied or phased renovation projects, and projects requiring approvals from agencies such as the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI), the California Geological Survey, or the California Division of the State Architect.
