The project redeveloped the existing 280,000 sf Lincoln Centre Campus into a 595,000 sf biomedical campus. The center includes a 480,000 sf lab/office space, a 40,000 sf amenities building, and three above grade parking structures. Rutherford + Chekene provided structural engineering services.
