CSU Chico Human Identification Lab - Breaking Ground
CSU Chico has broken ground on its new Human Identification Laboratory, and R+C is thrilled to support this important milestone. The 29,600 sf, two-story facility will house advanced forensic anthropology and archaeology labs, secure analysis areas, classrooms, and a 100-person training space. Designed with SmithGroup and DPR Construction, the steel-framed building blends brick, metal panel, and glass to complement the campus. R+C’s structural design supports sensitive lab environments, heightened security needs, and efficient delivery, with completion planned for 2027.
