DSA approved
LEED Gold certified
The new Edenvale Community Center provides a gymnasium, a multipurpose room, a game room, a student union, a homework center, a classroom/meeting room, administrative areas, common areas, and a pool. The 20,200 sf facility enhances the Caroline Davis Intermediate School’s recreation capabilities by providing student access to the facility during school hours. As a result, the project required review and approval of the Division of the State Architect (DSA). The project earned LEED Gold certification. Rutherford + Chekene provided structural engineering services including building information models.
