Access to affordable housing is critical to students across California. We are proud to have worked alongside EHDD and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Design-Build team to deliver this project—the first to be completed under California's Higher Education Student Housing Grant Program.

The San Francisco State University West Grove Commons provides more than 700 beds of affordable housing, as well as a new dining hall and health center—all in record time.
