Stanford University Toyon Hall Retrofit

R&C restored and renovated this 1923 Bakewell & Brown historic building. The three-story, 60,000 square foot reinforced concrete housing facility was seismically retrofitted. This involved accessibility modifications and renovation of restroom facilities. R&C provided structural and geotechnical engineering services for this project, which received the California Preservation Foundation’s Preservation Design Award.
