Southside Police Substation
San Jose, California

The second police facility to serve the City of San Jose, the substation will be a three-story, 170,000 square foot structure built over one level of underground parking. The $52 million substation will also include a vehicle maintenance building with washing and fueling facilities. This project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. R&C is providing structural engineering services to the design team.
