Since 1994, R&C has provided seismic assessment and retrofit services as prime contractor to the California Department of General Services through multi-year contracts. R&C has provided peer review services and has performed seismic assessments of more than 50 state-owned buildings, including concrete, steel and masonry structures. In addition, we have led A/E teams in seismically retrofitting twelve buildings totalling over $50 million in construction costs.
