UC Davis Student Health & Wellness Center

The new center is a 75,000 sf medical office and clinical building on the UC Davis campus. The center provides health services to students, employees and community members. It includes space for Student Health Services, Employee Health, sports medicine, health education and counseling services, specialty clinics (dental, optometry and orthopedics) and auxiliary services. The three-story center includes offices for staff; exam, acupuncture and physical therapy rooms; a diagnostic radiology department; a pharmacy; locker rooms; and an outdoor track. The building is designed to meet LEED Silver standards and exceeds California Building Standards Code (Title 24) by at least 35 percent.
