Chico State Wildcat Recreation Center

Designed for LEED Silver certification, the 109,000 square foot center provides a new 300-foot long gymnasium with a suspended running track, a two-story recreational facility, and a 10-lane swimming pool. The recreational facility is connected to the gym by an open atrium containing a two-story climbing wall. To achieve an aggressive one-year schedule for bid documents, 3-D Revit models were used for design and clash detection.
