Milpitas Public Library

The Milpitas library project incorporates a new 60,000 square foot addition, triple the size of the previously existing facility, to house a collection of more than 230,000 books and media. The addition design preserves the existing historic Milpitas Grammar School, a neo-classical building constructed in 1918. The library is part of the Santa Clara County Public Library system. R&C provided structural engineering services for the project.
