Building B & Ambulatory Surgery Center

The project is a new 217,000 square foot medical office building and is the first Kaiser facility to offer medical oncology services to the Vacaville area. The building houses offices for up to 60 specialty physicians in disciplines including head and neck surgery, nephrology, cardiology, oncology and urology. The green building has energy efficient lighting and M/E/P systems. On-site parking for 2,300 vehicles includes spaces for charging electric cars. R&C provided structural engineering services for the project.
