Hollister Courthouse
San Benito County, California

The $36 million project consists of a new two-story, 41,500 square foot courthouse, which will contain three courtrooms. The design is challenged for buildable area because the site is located between two seismic features, and the structural design is complex due to high seismicity. R&C is providing structural and geotechnical engineering services. This project is being designed to LEED Silver standards.
