THE INTERN EXPERIENCE
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated expertise and experience (minimum 5 years) with Revit Structure and/or Architecture
and AUTOCAD in a structural engineering or architectural firm including:
– 3D Modeling in REVIT
– Creating plans, sections, elevations, 3D views and schedules from REVIT model
– Drafting details in both REVIT and AUTOCAD
– Transferring redlines to REVIT and AUTOCAD
– Producing construction documents in both REVIT and AUTOCAD
• Experience in workflows used to produce models and drawings.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detailed orientated, and a team player.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with multiple deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in building information Modeling or
Computer Aided Drafting or Technical certification in Building Information Modeling is preferred.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $80,000–$95,000 before any eligible bonuses. Salary to be determined based on qualifications.
