Jamison Curry, S.E.:
Jamie is currently designing the Cardiovascular Research Institute
at UCSF Mission Bay using integrated project delivery with Revit
and Building Information Modeling. His other recent projects include
the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine & Food Science at UC Davis
and the American Samoa Territorial Emergency Operations Center.
He recently completed a two-year term on the Board of Directors
of SEAONC.

Alan
Kren, S.E., LEED AP:
A LEED-accredited professional, Alan has advanced green practice
at R&C. As chair of SEAONC’s Sustainable Design Committee,
he co-authored Structural
Engineering Strategies towards Sustainable Design. His
recent project, UC San Diego’s Supercomputer Expansion, exceeds
Title 24 by 46%. This is a result of intense collaboration with
the design team to maximize passive energy savings such as use of
thermal mass in the exposed concrete structure while configuring
the building to naturally light all office areas. |

| Walterio
López, S.E.:
Under Walterio's leadership, R&C provided Kaiser with contract
documentation on their Vacaville medical facilities that allowed
for the first competitive bidding between multiple BRB manufacturers.
Walterio recently completed the EmeryStation East laboratory for
Wareham Development and medical office buildings for UCSF, Kaiser
and Sutter Health. Walterio is a past chair of SEAONC's steel seismology
subcommittee, serves on national seismic research advisory boards
and is a corresponding member of the AISC seismic committee, TC-9. |

Bruce Starkman, S.E.:
Bruce’s award-winning projects include the COPIA Center in
Napa, aquariums in Monterey, Long Beach, and Chicago, and the Kavli
Institute for Particle Astrophysics at the Stanford Linear Accelerator
Center. His more recent focus is on public libraries in Walnut Creek,
Milpitas, and Fairfield-Cordelia, community centers in San Leandro
and San Jose, and three public health facilities for Santa Clara
County. He participates on the SEAONC Concrete Subcommittee to Seismology. |
