Recruiting Philosophy

We are looking for individuals with a solid academic background who are eager to augment their skills and increase their knowledge. R&C often recruits engineers directly from a masters or four-year structural engineering bachelor's program who possess limited practical experience. This allows us to guide the training of a new employee to assure that he or she develops the knowledge and skills necessary to become a competent and versatile engineer. We also have many successful engineers on staff who joined us after gaining experience elsewhere. Regardless of background, R&C staff shares a commitment to learning, innovation, and providing creative engineering solutions.
