| R&C
has recently implemented Revit 3D modeling on projects worth $1.3
billion in construction costs. These include university facilities
such as the Chico State Wildcat Activity Center and healthcare projects
including the CPMC Cathedral Hill Medical Office Building and the
Sutter Sacramento Women’s & Children’s Tower.
R&C is an early adapter and leader in the use of BIM (Building
Information Modeling) technology. Our leadership in BIM includes
presentation at a recent full-day conference on advances in BIM
project delivery methods organized by the UCSF Director of Capital
Programs. We have also presented on 3D/4D design before the AIA
and other professional and business groups as well as many of our
business partners.
