Engineering, like all technical professions, is an evolving discipline. We encourage our staff members to stay informed about technological developments in their fields. R&C offers employees a continuing education allowance. Employees may use the allowance to pay for continuing education courses at universities or to attend professional conferences and seminars. In addition, R&C regularly hosts lunchtime presentations on a variety of topics, including practice issues, in-house project updates and new product releases. We also organize field trips to active construction sites and fabrication facilities.
